How do I pay for my trip? 

For cruises & select trains: After a reservation is created by one of our agents, a link will be sent from the service provider to complete payment. All payments will go through the provider(i.e. Carnival Cruises, Amtrak) directly.

For vacation packages: Debit/credit card info will be collected over the phone or through a credit card Authorization Form.

For hotels & resorts(Partners): For our 500 + hotel & resort partners, payment will be collected through a secure encrypted booking link. 

For hotels & resorts(Non-Partners): For non-partnered resorts/hotels  Debit/credit card info will be collected over the phone or through a credit card Authorization Form.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?

Refunds & cancellations are highly dependent on the service booked. Please reach out to one of our advisors to inquire on the policy for a specific cruise/hotel/resort/train ticket etc.

Do you offer travel insurance for purchase?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive travel insurance policy through Faye. Note: Faye is only available for US residents.
